When life gets crazy and responsibilities at home and work pile one on top of the other, it’s easy to let our health and fitness slip. The years go by and we don’t even realize how much our health has declined.

But for most of us, there comes a time when we realize things must change. A time when gaining control over our body takes on new urgency.

For some, it’s a scary health diagnosis. For others it’s watching a loved one struggle with their own health problems. And for others still, it’s when they finally realize they’ve spent so many years taking care of others, that they neglected to take care of themselves.

When it’s time to turn things around and start a new health and fitness program, however, it can be difficult to know what to do next. And staying motivated is hard — especially if you try to do it all on your own.

That’s where I come in.

My goal is to help you get in the best shape of your life and stay that way. Starting now.

Strength Training

Strength training really comes down to two things: “Movement of any weight against “resistance”(including your body weight) – We will work through exercises that push your muscles outside of their comfort zone, forcing them to rebuild stronger to prepare the next challenge.

Marathon Training

Whether its your first marathon or your 50th, we will work together to build up your weekly mileage over a period of time leading up to race day. Three-to-five runs per week, the vast majority of these runs will be done at a relaxed pace.

Cycle Training

Cycling is a low-impact exercise that is possible is great for everyone regardless of fitness level. Cycle training can be as intense as you want it to be, from getting in shape to preparing for your next big race, together we will work towards achieving your individual goals.

 

New To Fitness

Starting small we will work on creating individual fitness and nutrition goals. Our mission is to create a new healthy lifestyle that works for you. Focusing on cardiovascular endurance, strength conditioning, flexibility training, and nutrition.

Weight Loss

Weight loss isn’t easy, but together we will set realistic goals that will streamline you to achieving your target weight. Through an individualized fitness and nutrition plan, you will begin to feel better every single day.

Sleep Issues

Quality sleep is a key part in improving your physical fitness and mental health. A good sleep schedule is linked to weight loss, reducing stress, and thinking more clearly. We will analyze your current sleeping patterns and work on getting back in sync with your natural sleep and wake cycles.

USA Level 1 Triathlon Coach

The USA Triathlon Level 1 Coach Certification Clinic is designed to educate aspiring coaches on how to train their athletes on different aspects of triathlon and develop coaching business skills. Each clinic is led by one of USA Triathlon's most esteemed coaches.

NASM Certified Personal Trainer

A WORLD LEADER IN FITNESS CERTIFICATION, EDUCATION AND PERFORMANCE. For more than 30 years, the National Academy of Sports Medicine ™ (NASM) has set the standard in certification, continuing education, solutions and tools for health and fitness, sports performance and sports medicine professionals.

USMS Certified Swim Coach

USMS has four levels of coach certification. U.S. Masters Swimming has four levels of Masters coach certification. The courses for Levels 1, 2, and 3 are taught in classroom settings throughout the country by USMS-certified coach trainers. Level 4 is a portfolio-style application and has no classroom component.
